HEALTH

A good health is one of the most desirable want of human beings since time immemorial. Well said by WHO that health is "a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity"
A good health can be achieved by a combination of various things such as:
  • Physical fitness
  • Mental peace
  • Social well being
  • Emotional stability
  • Enjoyment





Health should be the prime concern these days as there is an increase in man-made resources and decrease in natural resources.

Moreover, people have increased workload; small children are also suffering from increased education burden.

The busy schedules have made people more of a couch lover and less active. There is no time for workout.

More work and fewer workouts is increasing health disorders in people day by day.
