HOW TO OVERCOME OBESITY

There are various ways by which the problem of obesity can be 

treated

     HOME REMEDY
  • One can have 10 grams of honey, with one glass of warm water everyday  in the morning, on an empty stomach. 
  • Juice of half lime along with one teaspoon of fresh honey with a glass of lukewarm water can also be taken. 
  • One or two tomatoes, every morning, on an empty stomach is very effective for obesity cure.
  • The most efficient way is to add ginger along with lemon slices in a glass full of boiling water. keep for sometime and let the water be strained. take this when the mixture is warm. This  would  treat obesity, and it will also control the overeating tendency.
These were some of the methods and there are many more home remedies for treating obesity.

AYURVEDA TREATMENT
It aims at self control and this can be explained as
  • Eating more pulses like masoor as well as moong is good for treatment of obesity.
  • Use of buttermilk over curd also helps in reduction of fats.
  • Drinking more water and also warm water also helps.
  • Triphala chrna- an ayurvedic remedy for stomach should be taken at the bedtime.
  • Other ayurvedic medicines such as Takrarishta, Musta or Guduchi can also be consumed daily.
  • One of the richest source of vitamin C i.e. Amla powder can also be taken as a remedy for obesity.
Above all the concerned person should control his diet that is very oily,sweet or salty food should not be consumed daily especially at night. Also there should not be a habit or obsession for any kind of high calorie fast food or junk food.
