The most prosperous and profitable business of today’s time is FAST FOOD CHAINS.
These include the  restaurants like Mc Donald’s, KFC,Pizza Hut,Dominos,Subway,Catering trucks  and many more which have expanded all over the world.
Franchisee operated and maintained food outlets are also known as quick service restaurants because they provide fast take away.
Fast food is prepared and packed in advance, also in bulk quantities while maintaining the quality of food and minimizing the contamination by various bacteria or some other micro-organism.

Why are people getting more inclined towards Fast food chains??
There are a lot of reasons behind this new trend:
  • Fast food tastes very delicious and is speedily served. For the busy professionals of this era, it acts as a big savior.
·         Fast food is available at a very low price when compared to the hygiene maintained while preparing it.
·         Fast food is such packed that it is easy to carry and quality of the food item (like aroma, taste, texture) is well maintained.

REMEDY FOR ACIDITY


There are various ways which can control and cure the problem of acidity.

  1. EATING HABITS OR BALANCED DIET : this is one of the major requirement for acidity control. It includes the following points:
  • Spicy,Fried and salty food should be avoided.
  • Less consumption of Tea and Coffee.
  • Regular eating habits.
  • A balanced diet which should consist of non-acidity causing and healthy food items like green vegetables, apple, watermelon, banana.
     2.  MEDICINE
 
Medicines can be given to treat hyper-acidity but these may cause side-effects sometimes. Some of the medicines are lansoprezol, ranitidine or omeprazole.

     3. EXERCISE
  • Yoga keeps the digestive system and other internal systems of the body in natural condition i.e. in normal functioning state.
  • Morning and evening walks keeps the overall body fit and also removes stress and anxiety. Thus preventing acidity.

     4. HERBAL REMEDY
  • The best herbal treatment is Basil leaves or Tulsi as called in layman's language. Chewing basil leaves prevents acidity to a large extent.

Our digestive system is very unique. The inner walls of our stomach secretes acid which is acts for the digestion or the breakdown of food which we eat.
Sometimes, due to various factors, the acid secretion become greater than required for normal digestion. This extra secretion of acid leads to the most severe and common problem faced these days i.e. ACIDITY.

  • One can have 10 grams of honey, with one glass of warm water everyday  in the morning, on an empty stomach. 
  • Juice of half lime along with one teaspoon of fresh honey with a glass of lukewarm water can also be taken. 
  • One or two tomatoes, every morning, on an empty stomach is very effective for obesity cure.
  • The most efficient way is to add ginger along with lemon slices in a glass full of boiling water. keep for sometime and let the water be strained. take this when the mixture is warm. This  would  treat obesity, and it will also control the overeating tendency.
